MUGSHOT MONDAY

All rise, it’s MUGSHOT MONDAY, the day that beauty violators are brought to justice!!  You guys know that my obsession with eyebrows is never ending!!!   When met Julie I just had to get my hands on her!!

Check out Julie’s rap sheet:

• First I prepped the skin with a light moisturizer
• I used MAC face and body to even out her skin tone
• Added subtle shimmer to inner corners of the eyes
• I lined and filled in lips with a flesh tone lip pencil
• Added a touch of champagne lip gloss
• I used two coats of  mascara
