MUGSHOT MONDAY
All rise, it’s MUGSHOT MONDAY, the day that beauty violators are brought to justice!! It took a while for Julie and I to connect. I’ve been trying to MUG this girl for months!!! Well Lookey, Lookey I finally got my hands on her!!
Check out Julie’s rap sheet:
- First I prepped the skin with an ultra creamy moisturizer
- Brows were filled in and shaped with brow powder
- Cream concealer was used under the eyes to counteract darkness
- White liner was used to rim the eyes
- Nars Alabaster was used to bring added sparkle to the eyes
- Wowzers, that’s only one coat of mascara!!
